NGKG Membership Application**– For new or renewing members, this is an interactive form.  You can download it, type into it, and print it out; or you can print it out and then fill it out by hand.  You can then turn in at the next meeting or mail it to the address listed on the form.

Magnetic Name Tag Order Form – If you are ordering a magnetic name tag, please download and print off this form.

Show and Tell Form – This is now also an interactive form, which means that you can download the form and type directly into it, then print it off; or you can print it off and then fill it out.  Be sure to bring it to the next guild meeting with your Show and Tell item!

NGKG Bylaws – The official by-laws of the guild. This is the revision approved on 7-20-2017.

NGKG Conflict Resolution Proclamation – In the event of a conflict, this document spells out the guild policy.

NGKG Directory 2026 – For members only, this is the directory with member contact information.  The NGKG Directory is password protected.  If you are a member and need the password, please email the Membership VP.

NGKG Auction Donation Form – If you have items you would like to donate to the annual Auction.

NGKG Expense Reimbursement Form – To request a reimbursement for official NGKG expenses. This form should only be used for expenses already approved by the NGKG Board.
