Monthly meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at Woodstock Community Church in the community room/gym. The church is located at:
237 Rope Mill Rd, Woodstock, GA 30188
We hold a “Meet and Greet” beginning at 6:00pm, and our program runs from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
When you arrive at our meetings, please be sure to check in and wear a name badge. This helps us to get to know each other, especially with new members and visitors.
Every meeting features a member Show and Tell where you can show off any projects you recently completed. You can fill out a Show and Tell form at the meeting when you check in, or you can fill it out in advance and bring the printed sheet with you to the meeting.
Our business members are also invited to showcase and sell their items and offerings for sale. If you would like to become a business member or would like to set up at our meetings as a current member, please contact us.

Inclement Weather Policy
When the weather makes it unsafe to meet, there are numerous ways to know if a guild meeting is canceled.
If Cherokee County Schools are closed either for the day of the meeting or the day after the meeting, then the guild meeting is canceled.
All meeting cancelations will be announced in various ways:
